HEALTHY SNACK | FRUIT SALAD WITH YOGHURT

    Ingredients

1 1/2 cup low fat greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 large seedless apples, peeled, sliced, and halved

1 ripe pear, cored and sliced into wedges

2 cups strawberries sliced

1 cup cranberries

1 banana

tip: you can also put 1/2 cup walnuts or almonds

Minutes to Prepare: 5

Number of Servings: 6

Directions

Cut fruit into bite-size pieces and arrange neatly in a bowl. Top with plain yogurt.

Drizzle with honey and cinnamon.
