McQueen’s iconic scarves got bugged. In celebration of the 10th anniversary of the skull scarf, Alexander McQueen presents an exclusive collaboration with Damien Hirst.

Acclaimed artist and insect-lover Damien Hirst is teaming up with Alexander McQueen for a collection of scarves you’d kill to lay hands on. The British maison decided to give its famous skull-printed cashmere goodies a fashion face-lift with a much adored theme for both the house and the artist. That of bugs.
In a geometric arrangement, elements from skulls to butterflies, printed on chiffon, cashmere, twill and more form an absolutely magical 30-pieces-long collection, due to be priced around $500 each, a considerably low price for an artwork of one of the most expensive artists of our times.
Watch the majesty of this collab as captured on tape by photographer Sølve Sundsbø.
INFO: The collection offers 30 unique designs exclusively available from Alexander McQueen boutiques and online at alexandermcqueen.com from Friday 15th November
