The month of November the fashion house of Hermès will branch out with the launch of two handmade, carbon fiber bicycles. Le Flâneur d’Hermès and Le Flâneur sportif d’Hermès; a unisex and a sporty city bicycle will be the two disposable types. Handmade in France by TIME, a French manufacturer of bicycles and cycling equipments, the bicycles will be available in three colors: white, red and charcoal. Both of the bikes will feature luxury bull leathers on contact points. The handlebar grips, saddles, luggage rack support and carry handles all immaculately crafted with exquisite leather.

The company apart from the unique design and the hefty price tag, tried to satisfy the cyclists creating a real city bicycle, not a mountain or a speed bike, but a normal yet too stylish bike.“We set out to make a real bike, not a decorative object. It had to be simple, efficient, easy to use, pleasant and elegant”, says Francois Dore, managing director of Hermes’s Horizons department. These luxury and so fashionable bicycles will retail in November in Hermès boutiques worldwide at the-not at all-inconsiderable price of $11,000 each.
