Colorful with summer patterns or monochrome with plain frames, eyewear is essential for everyone’s summer suitcase and daily routine.
Alber Elbaz, creative director of Lanvin, has designed a capsule collection of sunglasses, in order to celebrate 10 years at the label’s helm. With the logo of Lanvin autographed by the designer on the frames, the collection is a summer favorite.
Marc by Marc Jacobs is launching two 1980s inspired collections of sunglasses, on the occasion of the second “Invisible Tour”, a series of concerts supported by the famous label. Available in limited edition, the sunglasses feature urban-style graffiti frames.
Both square and round frames, exotic patterns and camouflage motifs are the elements of the Spring/Summer 2013 collection of the French brand Kenzo. Seven jungle-themed models are available for sale in the brand’s boutiques.
Inspired by the 1960s decade, Nicholas Kirkwood designed for Pollini a pair of eccentric sunglasses. The cat-eye design feature false eyelashes and is available in fun, summery colors like baby blue and mint green.
