Trend: Fringe Yourself

After making multiple appearances on the fashion shows for the SS/13, it is obvious; this summer it is all about movement in clothes and accessories.

From dresses to outerwear, and handbags to shoes fringes are everywhere.

At Rodarte the show was about different colors, textures and movement. The highlight of the show was the fringe biker jacket with the unique mix of textiles which impressed the crowd. Nina Ricci travelled us back in time, in the Great Gatsby era decorating the cocktail dresses with silk fringes. While Saint Laurent reminded us that we could be bohemian chic with a crocheted long length cape.

And what about accessories? Bottega Veneta and Marios Schwab gave us the answer.

Marios Schwab, influenced by his Greek heritage and chiton of ancient Greece, designed pleated fringe dresses, belts, collars and flat or high-heel sandals. At Bottega Veneta, Tomas Maier gave elegant movement at the dresses and the leather black handbags.

So enjoy the snapshots that follow and decide how you gonna get into-the-fashion!
