Parisian Stroll #13 – Ron Mueck

Discover Ron Mueck’s major sculpture exhibition in Europe, at the Fondation Cartier pour l’Art Contemporain!

Text: Christina Zikou

Based in London, artist Ron Mueck has highly acclaimed exhibitions around the world from Japan to Australia, New Zealand and Mexico, but presentations of his new work have not frequently taken place in Europe. This summer, visitors at the Parisian Fondation Cartier pour l’Art Contemporain are to have the chance to admire his meticulously detailed human figures, with surprising changes of scale that place them as far from academic realism as they are from pop art or hyperrealism. In addition to six important recent sculptures, the show includes three creations especially masterminded for this event. A rare event not to miss!
