Ready, set, go!

Sports have been a big part of my life!
My mother used to be an athlete for long jump and she was pretty good at it!
You can imagine after my brother and I were born, sports were a huge part of our upbringing.
I started out with Gymnastics when I was 5 years old and I really loved the energy and the jumping involved!
Soon  I became very good at it, but started growing tall, so I was not a good fit for gymnastics any longer. I switched  to rhythmic gymnastics for some time, tried ballet, ice skating and ended up in track and field running 100 meters!
That’s when I found my calling. I just loved running! It was the only thing I wanted to do! Training was not easy…!

 

What I loved about track and field was the fact that I stood on my own feet and I was the only person responsible for the outcome.
So I run and run and run until I joined the relay team. What a joy! I had other people to run with! We won metals and the full glory!
Later I thought I would try water polo, I trained for 2 years and modeling came in to my life, so you can imagine what a HUGE race that was for me!

My latest sports obsessions are horse riding (I’m in love with my horse Sympa), water skiing and my big love, running!

Love sports, Love life!
Don’t forget to drink lots of water when you train.
Detox juices are great for rejuvenation as are fruits and veggies!
Swim as much as you can in the sea water!
Love your body no matter what!
