The talented Greek, fashion designer presented in Madwalk his new elegant, collection for Spring-Summer13.

For his new collection, Stelios Koudounaris is focused on the feminine silhouette and on a palette of beautiful colors, such as grey, beige, light blue and a little bit of black.

For this summer, the designer showed many dresses made of linen and several bodies and belts with metallic details. The dresses were unresistably ethereal. The stripes are here again, matching with the patchwork. Very interesting was also the linen jumpsuit with the metallic legging. The clothes have many layers and they absolutely fit with the geometric shapes. For men, the designer chooses shirts and zip culottes in summer colours.

It is a collection for everyone and, definitely, in a summer mood.

Minnie put on her heels and pranced up and down the Madwalk catwalk showing off Apostolos Mitropoulos latest creations!

What can one say about his outfits?  They speak for themselves, or should I say, they sing? The inspiration for this collection came straight from the punk rock music of the 70s and 80s, something which was apparent not only on the clothes but also on the hair and makeup.

Indian yellow, royal blue, bright fuchsias, vivid green and flaming red –all of which are designer’s favorites- made up the color palette. Comic-like prints, sequined Jack Unions and stylized zig zags, stripes and tie dye patterns in mix&match combinations gave life to Apostolos’s famous street style designs. As one can imagine, leather, jersey and cotton fabrics made up most of the garments in the collection, dressing up boys and girls with extreme 80s make up and hair. Wonderful jewellery with big shiny crystals and chains by Mimika Ciboyanni completed the outfits.
