Mr. Bowie wouldn’t be the same if it wasn’t for his iconic style. Selfridges knows that very well.

Down to the Selfridges there is a magical store, dedicated to the legendary, David Bowie. This tribute, along with the Victoria and Albert Museum, is to sell products that celebrate the fabulous musician, from clothes, limited-edition albums –a rather kind offer from the Vinyl Factory- till beauty and make-up products of Illamasqua.
The V&A –started last month a Bowie retrospective– will enrich the store with products available strictly at the museum’s gift shop. The killer move is that the famous Los Angeles-based vintage shop, Decades, curate a collection roused by the singer’s iconic style – some extremely unique Celine and Alaia pieces are included. Selfridges has also chosen some items from its department stores, as well as clothes by Alexander McQueen, in order to find the most modern point of view that reflects Bowie’s exquisite aesthetic.
