On Thursday 28th of March, TOMS celebrated the preview of spring 2013 eyewear collection, in a successful event in Kolonaki. Pop Up Store hosted the event, offering the guests a first look at the new collection and complimentary nibbles and drinks.

Known for its «giving» philosophy and action ‘One For One’, TOMS helps change lives. Blake Mycoskie, brand’s founder started the company with the desire to give new shoes to children in need in Argentina. Blake’s vision soon turned into a simple business idea, which has now turned into a global movement: With every product you purchase, TOMS will help a person in need.

However the brand did not stop there. The new aim was to help people who are visually impaired. Sunglasses are the second One for One product. Every TOMS Eyewear purchase provides commonly needed services –prescription glasses, medical treatment or sight-saving surgery- to people in need. 75 Giving Partners around the world share with the brand the needs they see on the grounds.

Supporting the brand’s action, some of the biggest names in Greece’s fashion industry- Vicky Kaya, Alex Kavdas, Jenny Balatzinou- attended the event and took a glance at TOMS spring 2013 Eyewear collection.
