A fashion icon with a minimal style and a maximum impact

Elin Kling is the absolute opposite of the extravagant fashion ladies that we all know. She comes from Sweden, although when you first see her you think that she is a typical Parisian girl, due to her understated yet chic way of dressing.

We basically know Elin from her very successful blog Style By Kling, but also as the owner of the online platform Nowmanifest -one of fashion’s leading platforms that was recently sold to Conde Nast. Apart from that, she has founded her own magazine called StyleBy, based in Sweden, in which we see amazing fashion editorials every month.

Throughout the past couple of years Elin has done a lot of collaborations with the fashion industry. She was the first blogger to create her own collection for H&M in 2011. The same year she joined forces with Guess by Marciano, to create the brand’s first ever design collaboration and was featured in Net-a-porter’s Spring 2012 campaign, shot by Patric Demarchelier. She is also the face for Louis Vuitton for 2013 starring in “Small is Beautiful” online campaign.

Elin creates unique and sophisticated outfits, by keeping everything balanced. It seems that she never makes great effort and looks cool even when we see her at fashion shows. She likes monochromatic outfits and uses prints rarely. She never wears a lot of accessories at the same time, but chooses shoes and bags which will give an extra touch to the outfit.
