Besides being a fashionable favourite, the French fashion brand Chloé has decided to take its creativity a step further this year, by creating a skincare line, inspired by the house’s first fragrance and its delicate rose scent. The collection, named Crème de la Rose, is “a well-researched skincare line”, according to Jean Mortier (President of the range’s manufacturer Coty Prestige) and consists of a serum, a water lotion, an oil and a cream moisturizer, all of them offering a deep hydrating action.
The Centifoliarose, well known for its rejuvenating and nourishing properties, is the main ingredient of the products, alongside with plant extracts and shea butter, aiming to give our skin a radiant and lucent appearance. The elegant, chic packaging of the products (resembling the ones of the brand’s scents) is another bonus for your boudoir!
“The collection allows us to take advantage of the love for the fragrance brand in a market that is primarily driven by skincare”, Françoise Mariez, senior vice president of marketing for European licenses at Coty Prestige, told WWD of the Asian market.
The collection is to debut in Japan in April 2013. Jealous much?
Available exclusively for pre-sale at ISETAN Shinjuku Main Store, Hankyu Umeda Store and Chloé Fragrance official website from April 17th.
