THRACE: SO CLOSE, SO FAR AWAY

Benaki Museum hosts the photographer Pepi Loulakaki, who managed to gain access to the Muslim community in northern Greece, and has succeeded – for the first time – in focusing her lens on the personal life of modern Muslim women. Examining the cultural exchange between people and cultures, she introduces us to a different aspect of their every-day life, so that we will get to know them. At the museum’s Main Building, from March 28th.

MEDITERRANEAN PRINCESSES

The Museum of Cycladic Art presents a unique exhibition dedicated to the Princesses of the Mediterranean in the dawn of History. A very successful exhibition that has been extended until May 8th, and nobody should miss.
