The Paris Hôtel de Ville and Swarovski are celebrating Haute Couture with the exhibition “Paris Haute Couture”.

Do you want to get to know the story of Haute Couture, experience some exceptional masterpieces from the Galliera museum collections, feel the luxury touch of Swarovski jewels and admire the French creativity and high-tech expertise? If so, more than a hundred creations accompanied by original designer sketches, photographs and accessories, put together by the curator Olivier Saillard director of the Galliera museum, are to be discovered within a very special exhibition, constructed chronologically and spiced with juxtapositions with contemporary designers.
The installation features houses including Worth, Doucet, Poiret, Lanvin, Vionnet, Patou, Chanel, Molyneux, Rochas, Maggy Rouff, Jacques Heim, Nina Ricci, Schiaparelli, Jacques Fath, Balenciaga, Grès, Balmain, Carven, Christian Dior, Givenchy, Cardin, Yves Saint Laurent, Courrèges, Jean Paul Gaultier, Lacroix, Alaïa… Take a look at some of the most beautiful and delicate pieces showcased at the Paris Hôtel de Ville and feel the magic of Haute Couture.
