Japanese fashion designer, Issey Miyake, collaborated with Italian lighting company Artemide to create a collection of LED lamps that unfold from flat 2D into 3D. Inspired by origami, the collection is called “IN-EI”, which means “shadow, shadiness, nuance” in Japanese. Each lamp consists of a single piece of fabric that is made of recycled plastic bottles. The designer has created chic, innovative LED lights in a unique style. The lamps are available at the Issey Miyake boutiques until June 30.
