One of my favorite make up looks is the one with bold red lips, strong eyebrows and bare eyes. It’s ultra chic, you can do it all year round and it’s a statement look. You just need to follow some basic rules.

First of all, the most important thing is a healthy moisturized skin. Never ever skip the demake-up procedure and use a nutritive face creme.
Spend some money on a very good foundation. The new beauty miracle is no other than Giorgio Armani Maestro Foundation, a new-generation make up that offers lightweight coverage with a second skin-like finish, for a flawless, moisturized skin.
You can use some powder for an extra mat-finish, but only a little. Powder makes your skin look older.
Use a pencil for your eyebrows and brush them well. Just make sure that you choose the right shade.
The bare eye effect still includes some eyeshadow. You can use a light brown or gold shimmering shade. Finish your eyes with a mascara touch.

And now the most important part. The lips. Choose a bright red color in mat finish and put it with a lip brush. Apply one coat, plot and apply a second coat of lipstick.
