Obsessions#24

Text: Evmorfia Savvaidi

This week found me concerned about the place that my inspiration has been hidding in the past few weeks. What do you do when your inspiration becomes dust in the wind?

Also, I had to dust down the English grammar book just to find out how the right questions are asked. But, why there isn’t  a similar book giving the right answers to my questions?

In my ‘graduation letter’ I told you that the two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why. Well, Mark Twain told those great things but I had to agree.

Now, I’m just wondering and that’s what I call ‘existential crisis’. Honestly, I don’t know what else to say, but I have heard that silence can be so powerful at times.  And I need silence. You need silence.

Just for the record, I ‘redesigned’ obsessions somehow, because I don’t like things happen in a vague way. So, from now on you’ll have to deal with five obsessions a week and some thoughts. You guessed right. Those things make nonsense above are my thoughts. Probably, that’s what happens every week but I had to clear that.

So, what is the meaning of life? Who am I? What is my true nature/essence?  What is my true identity? What is my greater purpose? How should I live my life?

Just in case you struggle with the answers, I’ll make it worth, your while.

A great editorial lensed by Cass Bird for Vogue Korea November 2012. Carolyn Murphy slips into Celine and make it happen!

A “dive” into the Lanvin archive. Jeanne Lanvin in her atelier… beautifully shuttering!

If you’re not intractably romantic, then what?

Recently, I discovered Jeanloup Sieff and his photographic greatness!

Miranda Kerr arriving at the rehearsals for the Victoria’s Secret fashion show 2012. I focus on my ultimate obsession: MiuMiu Noir sunglasses.
