Veronique Branquinho returns in Paris Fashion Week, after three years of absence, with a clean-cut collection.

Nude, black and white composed her neutral palette, while graphic shapes and volumes were mostly apparent. Her runway show started with a series of nude goddess gowns and pleated nudes which progressively gave their place to black-and-white designs and a couple of more androgynous pant-suits. The use of big volumes such as extra-wide legs on trousers and oversized armholes added an extra twist to the designer’s overall minimalistic mood. Paris takes the stage again and will be providing us with extra fashionable images until October 3rd, when the Fashion Week will meet its end. Stay tuned as we will be returning tomorrow, Day 2 with Dries Van Noten, Rochas, Mugler and Gareth Pugh.
